Thank You Haddad I am very happy with the deal I got for a new Subaru Outback from Haddad Subaru and my salesman Jimi DE Angelis. I received an online quote from sever I am very happy with the deal I got for a new Subaru Outback from Haddad Subaru and my salesman Jimi DE Angelis. I received an online quote from several Subaru dealer’s, Haddad’s was the lowest. I had visited a local dealer, whom I brought my previous car from, took a test drive and negotiated a price. After an hour I had their price for a new car and my trade-in value, but kept on looking. I than went to Haddad Subaru in Pittsfield. The price quote they gave me on line was the price I paid for the car and I was allowed more than the 2 previous dealers I spoke to for my trade-in value. The usually dreaded experience of buying a new car turned into a very pleasant experience once I went into Haddad’s showroom and met Jimi. He explained to my wife and I how all the electronic in the new car worked and was a pleasure to deal with. Thank You Jimi and Haddad Subaru. More

Unparrelled customer service As in my previous reviews, I am quite pleased with the service I get from Jimi D. But get this: My sister recently bought a new car (not from Jimi As in my previous reviews, I am quite pleased with the service I get from Jimi D. But get this: My sister recently bought a new car (not from Jimi or Haddad's) and was having trouble pairing her new phone. Both her dealer and phone provider just pointed fingers at the other and didn't get the issue fixed. I had her see Jimi and he worked with her to resolve the issue and she left smiling with her Bluetooth working! Nothing in it for him. Just a great guy willing to lend a hand. More
