Buying experience I walked into the dealership just to explore my options in purchasing a new vehicle. We explained our reason for being there, just to explore our options, and he proceeded to show us what he had on the lot. There was not a 2014 crosstrek on the lot so we test drove a 2013 to get a feel for the vehicle and really liked it. We talked options of what we wanted in a new one and needless to say we left that day purchasing a new vehicle. I felt we received a fair trade value on our trade and also price of the new car. Richard then introduced us to the finance manager, Chris. Chris was informative on explaining our financing options. Four days later we received our new car and was really pleased with the whole experience. Our sale rep Richard, only been with the dealership for a month, conducted himself like he had more experience than that. I would recommend a Subaru vehicle , and not only that, would recommend this dealership to keep the business local. More
