Hi - I was very disappointed when I read your review. I feel we really went above and beyond to make your purchase work. We had an advertised sale(on our website, in print, in a mailer) for $1500 off invoice and 0% financing on every new in stock Subaru - except Imprezas. Despite that, we went out of our way to make it work for you with: the price you wanted, the financing you wanted and the car you wanted. When you left Saturday, you had purchased the Impreza (you got an incredible deal!). On Sunday, for whatever reason, you changed your mind. It's a little discouraging when you do everything possible to make it work for a customer - and yet they seem determined to be unhappy. If there's anything you wish to discuss, feel free to contact me. Otherwise, I guess we'll have to agree to disagree...
