Great salesman great car I was upside down in my vehicle and struggling with my credit. I had been to other dealerships and was quickly dismissed. I was feeling low and figure I was upside down in my vehicle and struggling with my credit. I had been to other dealerships and was quickly dismissed. I was feeling low and figured I would give it one more try. I contacted Hagerstown Ford through their website and was quickly contacted. They set up an appointment for me and upon arrival at the dealership I was met by Ryan Harbaugh. Ryan sent my car out for an appraisal and then took me to a car he thought would fit my needs. It was a Ford Fusion demo that had rebates and would offset my loan on the other car. Ryan worked with his finance team and ultimately got me in the Fusion with a payment that was only 20 more than I was currently paying. The experience was a great one. I was treated with respect and Ryan made me feel like he wanted my business despite the obstacles he had in front of him with my credit. I love the car I am driving and will be a life long Hagerstown Ford customer. More
