The end of July i received a letter from the M.V.A. telling me my tags were suspended for not being tran In early July i purchased a 2017 ford escape. The end of July i received a letter from the M.V.A. telling me my tags were suspended for not being transferred. I called the dealership two times, i received no return call. After three trips to the M.V.A. i finally got it straightened out. the next day the dealership sent me a letter saying they could not send my registration. they sent my tag and registration money back to me. I went to the dealership with paper from D.M.V. all this because the dealership did not send my paperwork to the D.M.V. they told me they were busy did not.get to it. the women who did the paperwork smiled to another about it, not knowing i saw it. When i called her on it she became rude. i asked to see the sales manager he said what do you want me to do. he then became rude and asked me to leave the store. I have bought three brand new cars from this dealership. I will never buy there again,and i will caution everyone else buying from them. these people are unprofessional and don't care about there customers. once they get your money, thats all they care about. . Unsatisfying experience Purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer Sport. We were never told that the vehicle was a demo and realized after we purchased it and drove it home that it had Purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer Sport. We were never told that the vehicle was a demo and realized after we purchased it and drove it home that it had 5800 miles on it. The gauge cluster which was never explained to us has the mileage in small print and the miles to empty was in large font. So naturally I saw the 248 miles thinking that this was the miles on the car. I even stated that it had 248 miles on it and my salesman never corrected me. I called back the next day and told them that we noticed the mileage and that it was a demo and how we felt like it was hidden from us. The salesman acted as though it wasn't a big deal and blew it off. On another note we have had the vehicle for 4 weeks and have called the dealership several times about getting a second key which they did not have and getting our permanent tags. We have yet to get a phone call back. We like the explorer very much but are very upset with the execution of the sale and the feeling of dishonesty. We will not be future customers. More

I will never buy another vehicle from Hagerstown ford again! ! I recently bought a new car from them.. Before i signed the papers i asked if it was possible for me to get my electric brake kit i just bought for ! I recently bought a new car from them.. Before i signed the papers i asked if it was possible for me to get my electric brake kit i just bought for my camper. They were quick to reply yes mam we will have it pulled out for you and call you when its ready. I called everyday for 2 weeks straight to find out where my brake was for them to tell me that it was being pulled out the next day! I continued to go out there everyday and the same excuse was give 3 weeks have gone by and today my husband calls to find out where the brake kit is to find out that they sold my suv with the brake in it!! I just wanna say thank you very much for lying to your costumers!! And you have lost a valuable customer because of this!! If you didnt want to pull the brake kit out i could have had it done just dont lie to people to sell a new car!! And to top it off the General manager ignores phone calls and does not return them. All they wanna offer me is an oil change or a car detail.. really?? My brake coast more then that!! More

Horriable Service Took our nephews car to Hagerstown Ford for repair after it shut down on him and his wife on the interstate with their child. Had no power. Turbo had Took our nephews car to Hagerstown Ford for repair after it shut down on him and his wife on the interstate with their child. Had no power. Turbo had to be replaced. When we went to pick up vehicle it was still cutting off and making a whisleing noise. Told service manager. He insisted it was fine (in a very arrogant & condescending manner) He also informed us that if we wanted the whistleing noise digenosed we could pay for them to check it out. (mind you the car was still covered under the powertrain warranty and they had purchesed an extended warranty) On their way home it shut off again at 75MPH with their 3year old child in the back seat and now Hagerstown Ford refused to fix it or even look at it. The GM did put them in a loaner cause they were expecting a baby any day (she had their baby 7/4/17) but even with their failure to fix the car the right way they threaten to report the loaner as a unautherized use vehicle. leaving them with no car cause theirs was still being repaired. We had it towed to Keystone Ford. after over a week at Keystone ford it was determened that Hagerstown Ford failed to replace gaskets with new gaskets that should have been replaced. They also found an exhaust leak that was coverered by the power train warranty, There was also a seatbelt recall on the vehicle Hagerstown Ford ignored that and sent the car back out without touching it or even mentioneing it. I will never recommend Hagerstown Ford to anyone. More
