Horriable Service Took our nephews car to Hagerstown Ford for repair after it shut down on him and his wife on the interstate with their child. Had no power. Turbo had Took our nephews car to Hagerstown Ford for repair after it shut down on him and his wife on the interstate with their child. Had no power. Turbo had to be replaced. When we went to pick up vehicle it was still cutting off and making a whisleing noise. Told service manager. He insisted it was fine (in a very arrogant & condescending manner) He also informed us that if we wanted the whistleing noise digenosed we could pay for them to check it out. (mind you the car was still covered under the powertrain warranty and they had purchesed an extended warranty) On their way home it shut off again at 75MPH with their 3year old child in the back seat and now Hagerstown Ford refused to fix it or even look at it. The GM did put them in a loaner cause they were expecting a baby any day (she had their baby 7/4/17) but even with their failure to fix the car the right way they threaten to report the loaner as a unautherized use vehicle. leaving them with no car cause theirs was still being repaired. We had it towed to Keystone Ford. after over a week at Keystone ford it was determened that Hagerstown Ford failed to replace gaskets with new gaskets that should have been replaced. They also found an exhaust leak that was coverered by the power train warranty, There was also a seatbelt recall on the vehicle Hagerstown Ford ignored that and sent the car back out without touching it or even mentioneing it. I will never recommend Hagerstown Ford to anyone. More
