Very bad experience with sales manager I just tried to trade my car in at Hagerstown Ford to purchase a 2017 Ford Escape. I talked to the Sales Manager and he said we have you approved but I just tried to trade my car in at Hagerstown Ford to purchase a 2017 Ford Escape. I talked to the Sales Manager and he said we have you approved but we are trying to get you a better rate. I took the car home that night with no signed paperwork like there would be no problem. I received a call the next day and the payment went up $ 75 per month which we could not afford. So I asked for them to send me a quote so I can try and get financing on my own. When I received the quote it is $2,000 higher than the amount they were trying to finance for me. I took the car back and left with my old car. I also talked to a Sales Manager from a different Ford dealer about this and he told me that they are charging me a delivery fee of $895 that is included in the price of the car. I would not recommend this dealership for your next vehicle purchase. More

Battery , axle I took my Ford Explorer to Hagerstown ford for an oil change , they talked me into winterizing my car ...I really didn't have any intentions of doing I took my Ford Explorer to Hagerstown ford for an oil change , they talked me into winterizing my car ...I really didn't have any intentions of doing that , but the gentle man I talked to encouraged me to do it , so I said why not ...24 hours after my car was serviced , I left on a road trip and all the way on my 18 hour journey , my battery died and I needed boosts every time I shut my car off ...I had to replace my battery , then I went to ford because I had a clonking noise , they tell me I have a dented rim , told me to go buy it on line because it's cheaper ,, and they would mount it for me , I took my car to another garage who advertise as an alternative to your dealer , they told me I didn't have a dent in my rim , but my axles needed replaced ....I was told I would have a manger call me , when I went in to discuss their poor workmanship , well I am still waiting ....4 months and counting . More
