Excellent Experience I had a great experience at Hagerstown Ford. I saw a vehicle posted online, went in for a test drive at 6, and walked away with it by 9:30. The show rooms were clean and welcoming, and the waiting room was exceptional. We were offered water or coffee and taken care of every step of the way. All the employees were more than willing to help, and extremely courteous even though it was late at night. Our finance guy was absolutely wonderful and everyone in the sales department that we worked with were kind and helpful. They gave me a great deal on a vehicle and a reasonable trade in value for my car. Great experience! More
