Mr. Rowe I did not expect you to have any reasonable response. You sat in my truck personally and told me I would have no case in court. Again, I never mentioned court only that you were rude! Maybe you were having a bad day. Regardless, you then made a spectical of the situation inside the front door of your business. Lies were told by you (cruise control was repaired and the sunroof as well at another dealer for a third of your price). You did not allow for any reasonable solution. I see that you have made a big push with marketing and felt my experience was worth sharing. It is too late to rectify anything. I look forward to reading my review on the site very soon.
