An Unexpected Event I went to Hagerstown Ford merely to look at a truck that I had seen on line. I had no intention of buying anything that day and hadn't even taken the I went to Hagerstown Ford merely to look at a truck that I had seen on line. I had no intention of buying anything that day and hadn't even taken the dog out before my wife and I left because I truly believed we would be gone half an hour. When we arrived, we could not find the truck and spoke to Tim Cobb who immediately went to find the truck, brought it to the door, and proceeded to explain the features of the vehicle. We went for a test ride and upon our return he ran the numbers, which were satisfactory to me. The rest is history. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and courteous. No one used any high pressure tactics. The vehicle was prepped and clean and waiting for us after all the papers were signed. It was the best experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle. More
