I worked with a gnetleman named Mike Reid and found it to be a very positive experience. So much so that this past weekend when I decided it was time to trade in my other car I sought him out. After describing my needs he had me test drive a number of models and I picked the one I like the best. He then ran the numbers and was able to offer me the car at a little below my budgeted payment. I don't Mike outside of these two deals, but I have to say he is very friendly and low pressure. I'm not a fan of car shopping, but I don't mind working with him. We are now a two Ford family. More
