Hagerstown Ford is very sorry that you feel the way you do about the purchase of your 2013 Ford Fusion SE. At the time of delivery of your new vehicle, you were aware that you were buying a 2013 Ford Fusion SE that does not come with All Wheel Drive. Our salesperson and our sales manager had discussions with you before you purchased your vehicle about the difference between the different models of 2013 Fusions. You were aware that the only model of the 2013 Fusion that came with AWD was the Titanium, but you decided to purchase the SE model instead. When you returned a few days later on a snowy day wanting to return your vehicle, we gave you an opportunity that was compliant with the Terms and Conditions of the Vehicle Purchase Agreement to return the vehicle you purchased and upgrade into the Fusion Titanium. Unfortunately, you did not accept our offer, and elected to keep your Fusion SE. All customer feedback is important to us, as we strive to ensure every customer that visits our store has an excellent experience. Please do not hesitate to contact us, as we would be more than willing to discuss this matter further.

I believe that my review is based on factual personal experiences at Hagerstown Ford, over a period of time have been less than satisfactory. It is my opinion/feeling that had I not presented Mr. Rowe with the fact that I could purchase the part from another Ford dealership at a significantly lower cost that he would not have offered to reduce the cost. Mr. Rowe couldn’t/wouldn’t match the price that I was quoted by another Ford dealership for the parts; nor did Mr. Rowe offer any monetary and/or services that would have made this most unusual situation more palatable. I had discussed what I believed were amenable options/offers to this unusual situation with Mr. Rowe. However, he was unable/unwilling to take actions that could have led to a positive experience with the service department at Hagerstown Ford. Regardless of our experience with Hagerstown Ford, my experience with Ford Customer Care remains less than satisfactory. Unfortunately, based on the totality of our experiences I cannot provide a positive review of Hagerstown Ford. I believe this review is fair.
