Dave, the finance guy, was very friendly and personable. Zero pressure to add on any extra warranties, etc. We simply said we weren't interested in extras and that was that. When we offered a price on the car to Dario, he discussed it with higher-ups and accepted it within 10 minutes; no additional haggling. The entire transaction from arrival, personal inspection, test drive, purchase discussion, signing the papers, and driving off the lot with our new car took less than two hours. Minuses: We purchased a 10-yr old vehicle in 2017 from another dealership and it was beyond immaculate. I'm not kidding when I say it was so clean it looked and smelled brand new. We were expecting that level of attention to detail out of this dealership. The cleanliness of the car we purchased at Haggerty was passable, but I'm going to need to get a car wash, do a deep clean of the door jams, wipe some dried mud from inside the door cup holders and Armor All inside. So, that was disappointing. The main reason we dickered with price is that it was painfully obvious by sound and grooves in rotors that all four rotors and brake pads need to be replaced ASAP. Their pre-inspection paperwork stated the brakes were okay. We respectfully disagreed, Halfway home, the tire pressure light came on. When we checked the tires, three were set at 42 lbs and one at 30 lbs -- even though the recommended amount should be 32 lbs. This is such a simple thing to make sure is correct before they sell a car. So, again, somewhat disappointed. I would recommend this dealership 100% based on the sales team. Just go in with eyes wide open about any used car you want to purchase there. More

Great Experience I had my parents go in today to sell my 2004 Toyota Highlander. I was a little concerned with the whole process of getting a KBB offer online and worried my parents might get taken advantage of. I am happy to report they were treated very fairly and we were able to successfully sell the vehicle for what we were quoted.
