Lies!! Lies!! This place is so horrible! I called yesterday and asked for a particular vehicle online, I included stock number and everything!! Phil, the guy I spok This place is so horrible! I called yesterday and asked for a particular vehicle online, I included stock number and everything!! Phil, the guy I spoke to, confirmed that the car was there. He even went as far as calling me the day of my appointment to confirm the car was still there and the time I would come. I drove more than a hour to this dealership for them to tell me they don't even have the car!!! To deceive your customers in such a way is a horrible way to do business!! Never again would I even look to purchase a vehicle from haims!! That was horrible customer service and I'm extremely furious I had to waste my time for absolutely nothing!! More

STAY AWAY, FAR, FAR AWAY! This dealership is sold a vehicle for 17,000 that was handed over running. Stopped for gas after leaving lot and vehicle would not start again. Manager came over with a new battery and installed without tools, and wrong size battery. Continued to have issues and took to a REPTUTABLE dealership who found the entire frame is off and thousands to fix. Haims won't return calls, won't stand behind vehicle. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
