Do not purchase a used car from this dealer!! Do not buy a used car from this dealer!!! We purchased a used 2016 Dodge Ram with around 3,000 miles and we had to replace the clutch at 14,000 miles, Do not buy a used car from this dealer!!! We purchased a used 2016 Dodge Ram with around 3,000 miles and we had to replace the clutch at 14,000 miles, not even a two months after purchasing the truck. The General Manager refuses to stand by the used cars he sells unless it is a Ford. The clutch was bad when we purchased the truck but we thought the noise we heard was normal for a Dodge, until the noise continued to get worse. The cost to replace the clutch was $2,000 dollars and we even asked if he would be willing to give us a few hundred dollars toward it, instead of the whole amount but he refused to do so. Also, the General Manager is impossible to get a hold of, he takes days to return phone calls. We have purchased dozens of cars over the years at various dealers across the country and we have never received such poor customer service as we have at this dealer. More

He's been professional and consultative and I have yet to feel like I'm being "sold" something that I don't need. I'm sure they people in the trenches don't hear enough positive feedback from customers, so I wanted to make sure that Victor and his team knew they were appreciated. More
