The appointments are easy to make, the cars are always ready I have been bringing my two Fords to Haldeman for over ten years. The service is great. The appointments are easy to make, the cars are always ready when promised, and contact by service representative is maintained through the whole procedure. Often, parts are needed. Both cars have over 100,000 miles. The parts department always has the necessary parts. The shuttle is always available to take me where I need to go and to pick me up. Therefore, I do not have to spend hours in the waiting room. The service writer often tells that a certain procedure is not necessary. I appreciate this since my old cars are transportation, not my friend. More
