She worked at our pace and was not too aggressive. We found what we thought was the perfect vehicle ubt wanted to look around at other dealerships. We were not given the scare tactic of "it may not be here when you come back. We looked around and found that the vehicle and price at Capital were the best. When we returned we purchased the vehicle and found there are other benifits to purchasing from Captial. In addition to the no pressure sales, we got free inspections and a great service department. Peggy was friendly and we were generally more comfortable at Captital that we have been at other dealerhsips. The entire purchase process was painless and quick. We have been at other dealerships for many hours just trying to purchase a vehicle. One thing that I was most impressed with was the "Service Walk". Peggy took us to the service department, even though we were already customers. She said that they did this for all customers to make sure we knew where to bring the vehicle for servcice and meet the Servie Advisor.
