I spoke with Mr. Edwards yesterday on the phone and we discussed my options for purchasing the Caliber. I came into the dealership today and test drove the vehicle and he was courteous and patient throughout even though I was not. I did not get the pricing exactly the way I wanted but Mr. Edwards continued to accommodate my wishes with a pleasant attitude the entire time. In the end I got my car at a very reasonable price and rate and I owe this to Mr. Edwards who was pleasant and accommodating the entire time. He is an excellent asset to the dealership. More

Not much longer after that, approximately 2 weeks later we got a call back from the Sales Consultant about something we could possibly be interested in, and he was right... to make a long story short we set up an appointment, came in, took a test drive, and before we knew we were headed home that same night in the vehicle. We didn't plan on that :) Overall everything went well. Very Good customer service, and friendly environment thats including the mechanics. Our sales consultant was a patient, no hassle kind of guy.
