Would not recommend a purchase or service from Haley. This posting is overdue. I purchased my used Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from the Haley Dealership at Hull Street and I-288. After driving it for a mont This posting is overdue. I purchased my used Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from the Haley Dealership at Hull Street and I-288. After driving it for a month, I was not getting the throttle response I expected and could smell burning transmission fluid. Since, the Haley Jeep Chrysler Dealership is more convenient for me, I scheduled a service for them to look into this, as well as an air bag recall. Note that a 90 day warranty was included with my Jeep. The Jeep Chrysler location wanted to charge me for updating the ECM. They stated that they were charging me because I bought it from another location. Well, after a few calls, they agreed to cover it under the warranty. A few weeks later, the coolant reservoir was low. After investigating for a leak, a bolt for the water pump was one and one quarter turns loose. Amazingly, this bolt is the easiest accessible bolt of all for the water pump. I had not experienced any leaks until taking it in for the service. I have zero tolerance for anyone tampering with my vehicle. Well, I purchased another water pump and gasket and replaced it myself. Haley will not touch another vehicle I own. More
