Retraction to a prior review I purchased a 2017 Jeep Renegade from the dealership in Virginia Beach, VA. I wrote a bad review, and I am writing to retract what I wrote. I was way to antsy to get into my new truck. I did not know the steps of getting all of the paperwork completed. Joe, Stanley, and Nerely were the best group of people to deal with. It became clear to me after I wrote my review the steps that had to be completed before I could take ownership of my new truck. Joe was on point when it came to getting me financed. He worked accurately and fast in getting me financed, and a pleasure to deal with. Mr. Stanley was the best when it came to helping me find that was right for me. Even though it was a truck that had just been traded in, that was why I was so frustrated, I did not know all the paperwork having to be done in order for the prior owner to finish to get into his new truck, and me taking ownership of mine. Lastly Ms. Nerely Blanco was excellent in getting all of my paperwork done and getting me the best APR rating that is best I have ever had. I have now purchased 2 trucks from Hall, and I will continue to return, because I know I will get the best service, and the nicest people to work with. More

A Great Experience overall buying a new vehicle Bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited Our Salesman Luke, his Manager Joe and Scott was our Finance Manager that help us - were great! Everything from p Bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited Our Salesman Luke, his Manager Joe and Scott was our Finance Manager that help us - were great! Everything from pre-arrangement of pricing, answering questions and setting up a test ride, then closing the deal were speeding processes in this car purchase without rushing us or feeling pushy. No pressure but lots of answers when we needed them. Having our baby girl with us was a challenge but Scott handled the paying / paperwork and the entire logistic process and Luke with sales, assisting with every issue and explaining each question was so appreciative and made all the processes very smooth and easy. We both thought everything went very well, and just to add to a great experience Luke’s boss/Manager certified the vehicle for us adding a 7 year / 100,000 mile warranty on it. Everything went so well, this is the second car we have bought here and we will be back when it comes time for the third.
