I have to remove one star for the service department however. I was charged 2 hours of labor to replace the fuel filters in my Diesel. As a capable mechanic myself, I know for a fact this doesn't take two hours and another local dealer only charged me 1 hour. During my second experience with the service department, I informed them that I would need a car (included) immediately upon drop off to make it to work on time. They said this wouldn't be a problem, however when I arrived, no cars were available and I was forced to wait a half hour for enterprise to open. More
