My husband and I came to Hall Crystler Jeep Dodge because he had previously purchased a vechicle from there. We met Anthony with in minutes of being on the lot. He was easy to talk to, understanding and ve he had previously purchased a vechicle from there. We met Anthony with in minutes of being on the lot. He was easy to talk to, understanding and very detaile din how he explained the car buying process. After several test drives I Couldn't deciede on what I wanted and I didn't feel pressured at all to make a quick decission. Anthony was very helpful at helping me look at the finacial pros and cons of each vechicle and I fianlly settled on my 2007 Colbolt. I love my car and when the time comes we will be getting another car from Anthony. More

I have been a loyal customer to Greenbrier Jeep for almost 20 years, it has been a family tradition to get our Jeeps from there, well now NO LONGER! After having such terrible service from there we ventured to Hall Jeep and have had the best experience ever! I was walked thru every aspect of the financing, sale, or anything that needed to be done. I have a 17 yr old that will be soon buying her own Jeep and they showed her what to expect and she said we have started the new tradition of going to Hall Jeep!!! I will recommend them to anyone looking to buy a jeep or any type of car they are looking for"""!!!! More

The salesman Dave Moore was very helpful in showing and test driving a Dodge challenger on the lot. The car didn't have the upgraded stereo system so I didn't buy. Sales manager Mike went and found the exa test driving a Dodge challenger on the lot. The car didn't have the upgraded stereo system so I didn't buy. Me and my wife utilized USAA's Auto Circle program which sent us to Hal. I submitted my contact information through the program and within minutes I was contacted viva phone and e-mail to start setting ever sent us to Hal. When I arrived at Hall I was greeted by all the employs in a friendly and professional matter. At that point we meet Misty whom I talked to on the phone prior to arriving and we sat down and discussed what we were looking for in a car. Misty then took us to look at the Jeep Patriots and the first package we saw we fell in love with. Financing took place with Mike and it was a professional and enjoyable transaction. I purchased a 2010 Chrysler Town and Country from Orlando Torres as my salesperson and Mike Brown as my business manager. I located my vehicle on the internet and received atelephonic response within 30 min Torres as my salesperson and Mike Brown as my business manager. I located my vehicle on the internet and received atelephonic response within 30 minutes and established an appointment later that day. I was greeted upon parking my car, and Orlando took it from there. Following some general introduction to the dealership, we sat and discussed the key features I was looking for. We narrowed it down to a focused and I eventually choose the same vehicle I found on the internet. Within 60 minutes I had chosen a vehicle and had negotiated my accepatble options and price. My counteroffer was accepted without further debate. I was greatly impressed with the professional and knowledgeable manner Orlando handled this most often excrucuating portion of any new car sales. He was responsive and listened to my needs and, in the end, I felt certain there was a win-win result. The process was aided by a professional and courteous team as my paperwork was prepared. I met Mike Brown and he went through all the addtional options offerred. What was different was his delivery. No hard sale, but a real life story relating to each offering. One thyat everyone can relate to, no sales gimmics, only real stories and personal experience on each item. I went into this discussion desiring no further cost, but ended up purchasing several packages. Mike went above and beyond finding me financing which exceeded my expectations. As a professional manager of extremely large, diverse organizations, I know it is difficult to hand out 5.0 ratings. Going into this most dreaded endeavor, the best one would have expected from me is a 3.0. I am happy to say, Mike blew me away with his knowledge of the material and his unwavering pursuit of getting me financing reflective of my capability and past payment performance. He exceeded my wildest expectations. Overall, I have purchased over 20 new vehicles in my life and this experience was the experience that is written and talked about very seldom. It was fun and everyone won. This team should be congratulated and rewarded for their exceptional performance. My experience has to be regarded as unsurpassed in the new car buying world.
