My first contact with the dealership was through their internet team. I was contacted by them and I was able to set up a time to go see the vehicle that I was interested in. Before I went down to see the vehicle, I was contacted by another person on the internet team, Misty. She was very friendly and I let her know that I didn't really want to play any games here and that if I liked the car, I would be purchasing it, and if I didn't like it, I would be leaving. She accepted those conditions and when I finally arrived, she was prompt, had the vehicle ready and we went on the test drive. There were no pressure sales techniques used and I did end up purchasing the vehicle. Everyone that I had contact with that day was wonderful. I was treated well and there were no high pressure sales techniques used throughout the purchase process. All of the 'extra' items available for purchase were plainly laid out for me to look at, but nothing was pushed. I was able to make my own decisions and a full package was put together for me which I didn't have any regrets over. This was the best experience that I have ever had at a car dealership in my life. Let me just start this by saying the overall purchasing experience for us was awesome! My boyfriend went to Va Beach that Saturday looking for a good used car, as I had to work that day. The next day, which was Sunday, My boyfriend and I went back to Hall and did the paperwork. Let me tell everyone right now....those two ladies, Misty Martinez and Lisa Everhart are the embodiment of professionalism and courtesy, as we received superb customer service! All of our needs were attended to and we were truly totally satisfied. When I took the car back to have the environmental sealant put on the car, Baker Alder, in the Service Department was awesome as well. He took care of everything to make sure we were satisfied. Even when I had to take the car back just about 2 weeks ago because my U-Connect malfunctioned, Baker was just "Johnny on the Spot". I highly recommend Hall Auto to anyone that is in the market for a new or used vehicle! Kudos to everybody at Hall for an excellent job. Dennis Marston was exactly the kind of salesperson I prefer--courteous, intelligent, and totally "unthreatening." He never suggested anything more expensive or more elaborate and he went to extra trouble to have the car I thought I would like brought in speedily from another location. He also insisted I test drive it before making a decision, which I was tempted to make just on seeing the vehicle. The entire experience was excellent.
