Jeff in the service department was very easy to deal with and kept me up to date every step of the way. He made part of the experience enjoyable. I give him 5 stars. This is at least the second time I have went in for service that I scheduled online and the dealership had no idea what was going on. If this issue continues I will choose another place to have my vehicle serviced. This gets 2 stars. More
