2021 Ford Bronco: Pre-collision crash error alert has been periodically activating since 10/2025. Hall has had the vehicle at least 3 times. Paid $500 for part in June to "fix" the problem. It did not been periodically activating since 10/2025. Hall has had the vehicle at least 3 times. Paid $500 for part in June to "fix" the problem. It did not fix it. Keep in mind I'm still covered by Ford Blue extended warranty until Nov 2027. They have had my vehicle for a total of 4 weeks over the 3 separate times to fix the problem. At some point, someone higher up within the dealership needs to step up and rectify this problem. Trish Young (Service Dept) has been fine to work with but we have to get this issue resolved. The vehicle goes into a "limp" mode and is difficult to get up to highway speeds when this occurs. More

Bought a new Explorer xx on 7/27/26. We left messages with Hall daily for a week asking when this work could be scheduled. We were finally contacted by our salesman regarding this & told to have the car @ the dealership for them to transport the car on 8/15/26. We were able to finally pick up the car on 8/20. Throughout all of our dealings with the Hall Ford sales team communication was poor. In the future when purchasing any new vehicles we will not be using any Hall auto dealership. More
