Bought a new Explorer xx on 7/27/26. Part of the deal we had was to have leather seats installed.The dealership uses an outside contractor to do this so I called the contractor & was tol Part of the deal we had was to have leather seats installed.The dealership uses an outside contractor to do this so I called the contractor & was told someone from Hall called on Tuesday. 7/28 & asked for a price to do the work. We left messages with Hall daily for a week asking when this work could be scheduled. We were finally contacted by our salesman regarding this & told to have the car @ the dealership for them to transport the car on 8/15/26. We were able to finally pick up the car on 8/20. Throughout all of our dealings with the Hall Ford sales team communication was poor. In the future when purchasing any new vehicles we will not be using any Hall auto dealership. More

I am quite some distance from this dealership yet they called me after I had made my appointment to offer to pick up and deliver at no cost to me. That was unexpected and very much appreciated.
