Terrible business, no customer loyalty, i bought a new car from them in june of 2013 that they tried to sell to me at 39k (sticker price) and after sp Terrible business, no customer loyalty, i bought a new car from them in june of 2013 that they tried to sell to me at 39k (sticker price) and after spending 5 hours there i finally got the car for 34k, a year later i go just to look at some other cars and they asked me if i wanted an appraisal, i said sure, they came back told me 22.5k is what my car was worth, in one year a car that was worth 39k to them is now worth 22...xxx...no way, my cars private sale value is 31k right now... theres a sucker born every minute, if your one of the,m then this place is for you, dont buy from here you can cant a far better deal in VA. More

We have had nothing but problems with this dealership and will never go back. They didn't want to honor our warranty on our 2010 Hyundai Elantra when it was a defective transmission. We had to drive to Virginia to get it fixed. The customer service rep Amanda should be fired. She is very argumentative and rude. Then they used masking take to fix an electrical problem on our vehicle and had the nerve to blame it on another body shop. This place is a joke. More

Service department is POOR. We have a 2010 Hyundai Elantra with only 58,000 miles with a automatic transmission that was starting to run rough. When stopped it would race into gears or slip. We took it in to the service department and they said to get a coolant flush and transmission flush. We did and the problem didn't go away. Then they told us that Firestone didn't put in the correct transmission flush which is a load of BS. It all comes down to they didn't' want to fix the problem and guarantee our warranty. We then took it to Priority Hyundai in Chesapeake Va. They helped us right away. Put in a new transmission and gave us a loaner car. I will never take my car or truck to Hall Ford Hyundai again. They are rude to their customers and do not know what they are doing. They could have easily fixed this problem. More
Had been looking around for a few weeks for a used (new to me) auto. We went to Hall Ford several times and each time they treated us with respect and like we were their only customers, which we were not. to me) auto. When the preliminary paperwork was completed I was introduced to Steve and Toney from the F&I department. Once again, they went above and beyond to get us the best finance rate and were not pushy. Furthermore, they all brought to our attention additonal incentives that were available to us that we were unaware of. After a brief presentation and explanation of the extended service plan and paint protection products it was time to sign the dotted line. When I specifed that we weren't interested in the extra services, they valued my decision and we sealed the deal. More
