I have purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership, 2 of which were this year, all new. This last one was the end of my story with Hall Honda!! They took 2 month to process the paperwork after we left the d which were this year, all new. This last one was the end of my story with Hall Honda!! They took 2 month to process the paperwork after we left the dealer with everything signed. Little did we know, they did not process the payoff timely either, creating a late payment. When speaking to their business manager, he was too arrogant to admit they were in any wrong and not willing to speak with the bank. Luckily, we were able to prove to the bank when we traded the car and they took that into consideration removing the late payment. Long story, beware, because from being a regular customer, they have pushed sales people through quickly and promoted into roles they clearly are not ready for. All that, creating issues for customers, and then refusing to do anything to help remedy the issues they create. Sorry Hall Honda, but your arrogant business manager and your poor customer service has cost you a long time repeat customer!! More
