I had a bad experience at this place. As I was driving my new vehicle off the lot the check engine light came on and all I could do was drive it home. My wife and I bought a rav4 from Harland at Hall Honda. Harland was very personable and a pleasure to work with. Harland was great on communication and he insured that we had all we needed to be comfortabl Harland was very personable and a pleasure to work with. Harland was great on communication and he insured that we had all we needed to be comfortable to make the purchase. Harland worked with his manager, Steve to help us figure out how to make the car work for our budget and get good value for our trade in. Harland went out of his way to allow our family mechanic to take a look at the car. Because of this we felt more comfortable purchasing. Searching to buy a car is not a desirable experience. We went around to a lot of different car lots with mixed experiences, but we felt that Harland was a great person to work with to work with. He wasn’t too pushy for sales, he stood behind the quality of the vehicle and we could tell that he wanted us to be happy with the car more than he wanted to make a commission. Because Harland and his Manager Steve worked with us to accommodate our needs, my wife and I are happy to have purchased from Harland and Steve at all Honda. We are thankful to him for going above and beyond in multiple aspects to ensure that we were comfortable with making this purchase as we believe will have this car for a long time, thank you. More
