Lack of communication: Nobody contacted me since I bought the car on Friday, e Here are the issues that made my experience very frustrating: 1. Lack of communication: Nobody contacted me since I bought the car on Friday, even though we agreed I would pick it up on Wednesday. I sent an email on Wednesday morning to confirm, but I was told that my consultant was away for personal reasons. 2. Unfulfilled cleaning promise: When I arrived, the car was just as dirty as when I first saw it. I was promised a professional cleaning before delivery. After pointing this out, I was told it would be cleaned immediately. 3. Excessive waiting and poor results: I had to wait for over 3 hours to sign the paperwork. When the car was finally handed over, it was still exactly as dirty as before. 4. No vehicle walkthrough: Nobody showed me how to operate the basic functions of the car. 5. Missing second key: I was only given one key at delivery. The other key was missing..., I had to come back a week later to get my second key... More
