Back in November, my 10 year old Chevy Malibu broke down, and I was advised the fix would be a new motor. I knew that with the miles being high, I probably would have to get another vehicle eventually. I en and I was advised the fix would be a new motor. I knew that with the miles being high, I probably would have to get another vehicle eventually. I ended up borrowing my dad's truck until I could figure out how to proceed. I knew I wanted a reliable vehicle that would keep its value, so my mind was set on a Honda HRV, and I planned on looking into it. Fast forward to March. I still didn't try to look at them but started having interest in a Nissan Kicks but sat on that decision too. I went on a 10 day vacation and returned on April 15th. I made a decision that morning to just have my car repaired and buy a new vehicle later. By that same afternoon, my mechanic friend who would be doing the repair advised the shop he was doing side jobs at was sold so he couldn't follow through. I finally gave in and scheduled an appointment with Sydney. Sydney was referred to me by a friend who recently purchased an HRV from him. After a few preliminary questions, I was set up to meet with Sydney on April 18 2024. My intention was to look at my options, but I ended up coming home with a 2024 HRV Sport. KUDOS to Sydney for his excellent customer service. Sydney was patient,kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and even helped me get my loaner home so I could drive my new HRV home. I dread making financial decisions, but with Sydneys attributes, he made this process so easy. I had so many questions after my purchase, and he has been there to answer them all. I'm so happy I made that call. I also wanted to give Kudos to Tyler, who made sealing the deal seamless.
