My salesman Kwame was great though I felt the process was flawed. We initially had applied online for the loan and was told over the phone they would go ahead and run it so I didn’t have to drive 1.5 hrs to flawed. I knew exactly what I wanted car wise and the price already. The estimated price was no wear near the final price by well over a hundred dollars a month. So be it. Keagan the finance manager is the reason I will never come back to hall and I will leave negative reviews everywhere from google/Facebook and word of mouth. He was pushy on the aftermarket packages to the point I said just do it to shut him up and get out. He promised myself and my wife while we were in the office that my car had been pulled around to start the paint prep. Guess what after signing all the paperwork it was not pulled into for the prep work. It was in the same spot it was in prior. I had to get who I believe to be the general sales manager involved to get my car pulled to the back. On top of all that every time I’d ask him how much longer he would say 15 minutes well 4 hours later we left to get lunch and when we got back my car was finally done. I mention this part because on multiple occasions I told him my wife was a diabetic and we needed to get her some food but he didn’t care one bit. He also tried to to misrepresent some warranty’s outside when he came to talk to me. More
