Mr. Schlaback was amazing with customer service and satisfaction. He gave us a second opinion on what we were told from another place would be a 1300.00 timing belt issue. Since we have used Hall Honda satisfaction. He gave us a second opinion on what we were told from another place would be a 1300.00 timing belt issue. Since we have used Hall Honda numerous times, he had 3 people look at our car this go round (we had a similar issue in 2021 at about 35K miles ago and they replaced the timing belt at that time) and this time took pictures to show us no leakage, dry as a bone, no need for replacement of timing belt. No charge to review especially since we had it fixed once already. The level of professionalism and being meticulous with the check up was above and beyond. I would highly recommend, and return to him for the next scheduled maintenance. They honestly and professionally took care of us! ( And to the actual maintenance folks who checked it out, THANK YOU!)
