Hall Honda Buying Experience This was our first time buying a Honda vehicle. We were a "walk-in" with no appointment and wanted to test drive a Honda Ridgeline RT after having re This was our first time buying a Honda vehicle. We were a "walk-in" with no appointment and wanted to test drive a Honda Ridgeline RT after having read the reviews in Edmunds and Kelly Blue Book. We were greeted right away by Tyler Edwards. His genuine friendliness and professionalism immediately put us at ease. He took the initial information from us about what we were looking for. While we had been looking for the Ridgeline RT, there were none available on the lot because it was so late in the model year and so Tyler arranged for a test drive the ridgeline RTL and within a very short time we were on the road for our test drive. Tyler demonstrated some of the unique features of the Ridgeline, such as the tailgate and storage compartment, and answered all of our questions about the price, availability and other features of this vehicle. We initially were hesitant about the came back later to ask some questions about the sun roof after doing some research on the Ridgeline RTL because of our personal concerns about the sun roof and had left the dealership. We internet. Tyler eased our concerns by getting Dwight Richards to explain the details of the sunroof design. Tyler worked with Richard Barrera to give us the best possible price and found a vehicle in the color we wanted. Our final closing paperwork was made easier by the calm, professional demeanor of Tony Freeman. Our choice to buy the Honda Ridgeline RTL was because it had everything we wanted in a truck (and then some); but the decision to buy from Hall Honda was a result of the personal attention and courtesy we were given by Tyler Edwards, Richard Barrera, Dwight Richards and Tony Freeman.
