Easy process and very helpful staff. I came to the dealership all but certain that I wanted to buy another Civic after an accident. The salesman (Aaron) was very knowledgeable seeming to I came to the dealership all but certain that I wanted to buy another Civic after an accident. The salesman (Aaron) was very knowledgeable seeming to have all of the features on the vehicle memorized. He insisted that I test drive the vehicle even though my previous vehicle was a 2018 Civic. Glad that he did this as it reaffirmed my decision to purchase another civic despite test driving several other vehicles I was considering. When purchasing the vehicle the financial staff were very helpful advising me on the best course of action for my registration, considering my high mobility work situation. After purchase of the vehicle Aaron made the process of returning my rental very easy as he drove my new vehicle to the rental service while I drove the rental, returned it, and was underway in my new vehicle rather rapidly. Overall a pleasant experience. More
