We decided what we were looking for, and Jeff searched high and low to find a car that met our needs. Jeff was also patient, because once we found the car that fit our criteria, we had to wait for a couple of weeks before the final transaction could be made. He even kept looking at other cars during this "waiting period" to ensure we got what we had decided on the very best option. I felt like he really cared about our search. The head of the Internet sales department, Ian Baer, served as the liaison for our most recent purchase and was extremely helpful throughout the transaction. Ian went a step further than most dealers, and on short notice, graciously offered a loaner car during the process so we could attend one of our daughters out of state college parent weekend programs. After we returned from the parents weekend Ian Baer, Craig Belda, and Levi Whitehead, all worked with great speed and enthusiasm to complete the buying process in a timely manner. They made what is generally a hectic, stressful process much less so. I will use their services in the future.
