Not in communication with call center Twice I tried to make a Saturday appointment and got denied. One side did get the appointment I confirmed 2 days later that it was for a recalled item Twice I tried to make a Saturday appointment and got denied. When I got here they did not have my part because the call center said I was there for an oil and filter change. The service advisor was very cordial and friendly. And she had to tell me that the part that I was in for did not come in. And that I'd have to reschedule another appointment. This is unacceptable customer service with Hall. And even down this was my 4th Hyundai it will be my last I buy. More
