Thankfully, after trying a different WI Mazda dealership, we didn’t give up and drove further from our new home and found Hall Mazda. Our salesperson, Eric, was fantastic. He is professional, honest and truly worked hard to get the exact car we wanted. He was very low pressure and you could tell he understands that purchasing/leasing a car is a big investment and not something to push someone into. From our first meeting through picking up my car when it arrived, the process was smooth and efficient. We will be back in May 2024 when our other lease is up and will definitely be working with Eric again. My husband used to dread the car buying process and since we started leasing with Mazda, he does not.
