Bruce has the always fun task of trying to upcharge for additional maintenance services/warranties, but again, he did not pressure me, gave me all the info, and when I declined, he was very nice. Some finance people are not, and are way more aggressive. The dealership itself was very clean, and the Lobby area was plenty big and had snacks and drinks, which I appreciated being a big fella myself! Will gladly bring my car here for service and recommend it to anyone looking for a good car buying experience. More
