Great internet car buying experience! Shopped around to a good deal on a 2019 CX-5. Most reps I dealt with didn't give me much of a deal. That was not the case with Hall Mazda Volkswagen. Shopped around to a good deal on a 2019 CX-5. Most reps I dealt with didn't give me much of a deal. That was not the case with Hall Mazda Volkswagen. Eric Parsons took the time to find out what I was looking for, located possible matches and provided me with a very competitive quote- itemized and in "writing", well in an email. I looked around further, even "shopping" the quote locally but the local rep didn't get back to me when I asked for a written quote. I was quite content to just go with Eric. Being located in Madison, I scheduled an appointment and arranged a ride to get to Brookfield. However, my ride cancelled on me the day of the appointment- thought I would have to postpone my trip to Hall Mazda. Nope! Eric told me he had some time in the afternoon and he could drive to Madison and pick me up! Great customer service! It was a pleasant drive and the CX-5 GT-Reserve was exactly as promised. My price out the door was also exactly as Eric had quoted me. Everyone at Hall Mazda was VERY friendly and made me feel special- don't get that feeling from a car dealer very often. Oh, one more thing- my phone was practically dead by the time I was done buying the car and I didn't have a lightning cable with me. As I was about to leave, Eric comes out to the car with a wireless charging pad and tells me if it works with my phone that I was happy to take it with me! It worked and I was able to charge my phone on the drive back to Madison- again, GREAT customer service. More

My Internet Purchase from Eric Parsons I purchased a 4 year old (NEW) car from the internet. Yes a 2015 with 19,000 miles to me is a new car. I am also a VW diesel fan and Passat's are very I purchased a 4 year old (NEW) car from the internet. Yes a 2015 with 19,000 miles to me is a new car. I am also a VW diesel fan and Passat's are very hard to find. I found this one and Eric Parsons did all I asked him to do from 450 miles away. He tool the time to email me a video so that I would have all the information needed to make my decision. I purchased a one way ticket up and drove the car home. Without Eric's help it would be hard to make a choice without seeing or driving the car. Thanks for your help Eric! Call this guy and don't work he is honest! More
