I have been using this service department for the last 3 years on my 2014 Mazda 3 which I loved and have had great service. Jolynn in service has been amazing. My car got hit and was deemed a loss. I brought my CX-3 in for service and everything was handled very nicely, they even arranged to have my vehicle picked up from my home and brought back to me which I really appreciated. the service itse handled very nicely, they even arranged to have my vehicle picked up from my home and brought back to me which I really appreciated. the service itself was good but I did have a bit of a scare after when I thought my EZ Pass was missing, I reached out to a few people and Francisco the Customer Relations Specialist was the one who really stayed on top of things, he followed up with me for about five days and always kept me updated, checked in often, gave me contact information and even talked to the advisor to try and help me figure it out, he made me feel cared for. I later found the EZ Pass under my driver seat, but I was very grateful for all the effort Francisco put in to help me, thank you to Hall Mazda for taking care of my vehicle and a special thank you to Francisco for his kindness and great customer service.
