As soon as I walked into the showroom I was not bombarded with sales representatives. Jim Smalley approached me and inquired if I was looking for a specific automobile. After advising him of the accidents, and that I was wanting to look at SUVs. He listened to my questions and answered them where it was easy to understand. I was given the opportunity to drive a 2018 Rogue Sport and take it home for the weekend. I never felt pressured to buy a SUV or car. After the decision was made to purchase the SUV Jim had all the paperwork ready for Reggie Scott and I to go over. Reggie set up my Bluetooth, showed me videos to watch of what the SUV does. Reggie and Jim went over all of the features, but most importantly the safety features. I have bought my other autos from Hyundai, Chevrolet, and Chrysler. I am now a life time Nissan buyer and will purchase them from Hall Nissan. More
