My car was recently totalled which put me back in the market to buy a new car. I haven't purchased a new car in almost 13 years. I'm over 2 years late, but I felt compelled to write about my experience with Justin Satoski after receiving a nice Happy Birthday message this month. Not once did my wife and I feel like he was being pushy in regards to our purchase. Justin was very polite when he approached us and didn't give off that car salesman vibe. He took the time to find out our wants and needs to ensure that the Rogue was a good fit. On the test drive, he didn't try to talk the whole time and allowed us to just drive, but was very thorough when answering questions. After getting back, my wife had a lot of questions on the tech of the car and he sat her down in the driver's seat and had her activate all controls after explaining them. She really liked his patience. Over the last couple of years of going in for service, I have ran into him a couple of times and he always remembers our purchase and asks us how the Rogue is still doing. I cannot recommend Justin enough. If you're thinking about purchasing a vehicle at this location, just ask for Justin to assist you and I believe that you'll be happy that you did. I also want to give xxxxxxto the finance department. When I showed them the rate I had, they straight up told me that Nissan wasn't going to be able to beat it. I'm happy that they didn't waste my time! More
