Worst experience ever, bought a car on Mon. 20,2023, it was dark, light was burnt out same evening, then it just got worse and worse. The check engine light comes on, we bring back to shop on 2/25/23 for service, they do nothing to it, but give my son the run around, even say that the code runner they use is broke, so they can't run the code to bring it back, well today is day 7, and car completely brakes down on him going to work, still getting the run around, we are turning it back in, had it towed to them, and still no response yet! Worst experience ever. Will not ever buy or recommend any of affiliates to this Nissan Va. Beach. More

Bought an Altima from Carmax with some serious issues two days later. They told me I had to take it to the dealership (Halls Nissan) which was across the street. Maya was my service representative. All I can days later. They told me I had to take it to the dealership (Halls Nissan) which was across the street. Maya was my service representative. All I can say is two and a half serious issues ( the half was the mechanic who didn't tighten some bolts back and half a mile down the road I had to be towed back to shop) but Maya was on point and I was back on the road in 15 mins. Maya was great with her quick actions and awesome customer service. I give 5 stars to Maya! Ms. Shivers More
