We were promised a faab (keyless entry as advertised on the buyer sheet), repaired rear window defroster, and repaired air vents (because the ones we had were ALL broken). We took the car in for a scheduled oil change and after waiting 2 long hours the service dept brought the salesman to me and said they couldnt make the repairs cause it was TOO costly, I confronted the salesman and asked why they couldn't do the repairs when HE was the one who promised to have them fixed if my husband and I bought the car. The salesman tried 2 play it off like no agreement was ever made,and informed me that only a manager could approve that. I asked andre why he approved to have it fixed if we bought the car when the managers were the only ones authorized to make those decisions. So I asked to speak with the manager, whom suprisingly was NOT there, so the service manager said he would speak with the used car manager to see if he could get it approved, he called me the next day saying that he couldnt get the authorization for the repairs so I called John (used car manager) myself that day asked what the problem was, he told me that it had been more than 30 days after purchasing the car and it was clearly stated on the "we owe" paper that we should have signed, little did we know our salesman andre never had my husband or I to sign that sheet/agreement. I checked all the paperwork we recieved from the dealership and sure enough no "we owe" was with the papers we had signed. So we had a verbal agreement with andre, my father in law was with us at the time the agreement was made, so john said he would speak with andre and the manager of the dealership and that he would give me or my husband a call that very day. Its been two weeks now and after countless phone calls and countless messages (on my end) I still have NOT recieved a phone call from john to get this issue resolved. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, they are very UNPROFESSIONAL and will SAY/AGREE TO ANYTHING TO MAKE A SALE!!!!!!! More
Our experiance was great! Our sales person Andre was very nice and knew what he was talking about with the technical aspect of the vehicle we purchased. I went in Hall Nissan last Wednesday in hopes of trading my car in for a "new" used one. After the credit check etc. I was told that I qualified for a NEW 2011 car. Contract was drawn up and signed...and I my car in for a "new" used one. After the credit check etc. I was told that I qualified for a NEW 2011 car. Contract was drawn up and signed...and I was told that the car (Sentara) I "bought" was not on the lot and that they had to get it from another lot. I was ok with that. I was put in a 2011 Altama until my car got there. Friday, I had to track down the salesman and he told me that the car was not there yet and to keep the Altama until Monday (today) I got a call on Saturday I got a call from Joel in finance and I was informed that I didn not get the car and in order to get the car, I would need a co-signer, they would not take my trade in and I had to go for a less expensive car..I went in for a used car to begin with. I did not inquire about a new one but was told I could get a new one. I feel very humiliated and I am VERY upset thatI was treated this way! I was NOT informed of ANY OF THIS on Wednesday. I was lied to, and treated like I was nothing! There is no reason for your company to treat people like this! I am a repeat customer. I've been paying on my current car for the last 4 years...and kept it up. I just cannot afford to keep that car on the road. My grandson will be here within a month and I wanted a 4 door, safer car for him, now I'm still in the same situation I was in prior to Wednesday, just very angry and himiliated. Who are you to treat me or anybody else like this? I have yet to hear back from Doug the salesman with an apology...not that I even want one. You should really reconsider how you treat people. I promise, I will tell as many people as possible how I was treated by Hall Auto and if they don't buy from you, the happier I will be. More

MISTY, from internet sales passed me off to JASON BRADFORD and PARKER from the showroom who made buying this car a very pleasant experience. JEROME ensured that all the paperwork was set up and ready to go. Hall Nissan in Virginia Beach really banged this sale out of the park ! I have been keeping in touch with Jason, Parker, Misty and Jerome since the sale. They have the same kindness towards me now as they had for me from before I purchased the GTR. More
Every time I have visited this dealership for service I have an outstanding experience. I rated "Price" as 'Good' because I wish I could get service done for less so I can't rate it as 'Great'. However I am more than willing to pay a little more for the excellent service I've always received. More important to me is the fact that the employees have enstilled a high level of trust with their product knowledge, very caring demeanor and demonstrations of utmost integrity, especially Mr. Branch. There are times I must visit other dealerships for MINOR service tasks and there is a very immediate and distinct difference in Hall's service, facility atmosphere and overall focus on the customer than that of the other places I have to visit at times. There has never been anything overlooked, left out, left off or left loose when I visit Hall; I can't say the same about others. I promise I will always own a Nissan product as long as I live within a couple hours of Hall Nissan and I try to send as many others as possible to Hall if they are in the market for a vehicle or in need of service on their Nissan. All car dealerships are looking to make the buying experience comfortable and stress free, but the folks at Hall take it to another level. Dealing with the Internet sales team is absolutely the way to go. I initially dealt with Mark over the phone, and did the majority of car buying process through Jason, but the cooperation between the individuals on the Internet sales team is seamless and everyone is willing to help make the customer experience top-notch. The car that I wanted, with the option packages I desired, was a rare find, and Hall did not have such a vehicle on the lot. However, they did find one on a lot in Northern Virginia, and getting the car to the Virginia Beach area was prompt and hassle free. Given the rare nature of the vehicle, and the effort required to relocate it, you might think that a dealership would be reluctant to make a deal. Especially on a brand new sports car. But that was not at all the case. Ron, the new car manager, is ready and willing to make a deal, and was very accommodating. I named a price point, gave an estimate of what I was willing to put down, and he made the magic happen. I could not be more pleased with the deal I received on the 370Z. Truly amazing! One of the processes of buying a car that doesn't get a lot of attention is the F and I portion of the sale. This involves the paperwork and finalization of the whole process, which can be the longest process of the car buying experience, sometimes taking longer than the test-drive and financing portion combined! However, with Shawn, it was streamlined, straightforward, and, as with everything else at Hall, hassle-free! To top it all off, after signing all the paperwork, Shawn found an error that, once corrected, reduced my monthly payments. Since the paperwork was already finalized, he could have simply let it slide. But he went above and beyond and corrected the error and let me know. This is the kind of thing that puts Hall head and shoulders above the rest. They will go the extra mile to ensure things are correct, and that you get the best deal. Would I recommend this dealership to someone looking to buy a new car? You betcha! More
It was the night before christmas and I walked out of that dealership with a brand new car and a smile on my face! Jason was great and got me everything I wanted.
