Originally, we had no plan to buy a new Titan. I’ve always liked them and our sedan just didn’t provide the room we need for work. After 3 calls from Casey over the period of two months, I finally always liked them and our sedan just didn’t provide the room we need for work. After 3 calls from Casey over the period of two months, I finally decided to come in to cancel GAP Insurance and our Service Contract for a check back. While that was going, Casey got an appraisal going, and we took the Titan for a drive. Beautiful truck, but I needed way more than that to make a decision especially after bing in the car business for 5 years. After 3 days of talking, borrowing the truck for 2 days, Casey answering plenty of questions, helpful Manager information, talking with our CPA, and my wife agreeing. We did it! We took home a 2021 Titan and love it! Thanks Casey and Team for your patience. If WE didn’t make the decision, we never would have bought. Looking forward to referring friends. More

I contacted Hall Nissan on or around 15 Nov. about looking for a quality used car. Nakiah Troulliersoon called about a few cars on the lot. She also send a video tex of the car we were going to test drive we mage the appointment when we arrived she had the car ready out front with our name on it. The car was very clean and we continued with the test drive. She was very friendly and answered all our questions while we drove around she did not pressure us in any way which was a nice surprise. We finished the test drive and informed her that we had to talk about it. A few days later we returned to the dealership to start paper work we were A little disappointed on the in amount of our trade in but continued on with the purchase of the sport utility. We did the financial paper work trying to get the Nissan to a payment I could do and after a bit we all agreed on the price. Nakiah continues to help out if I have any questions or concerns and I look forward to working with her again. More
