Overall a great experience with Hall Toyota. We recently purchased a used Honda Odyssey which we needed to fit our growing family. Our Salesmen Bill was very easygoing and made the process very smooth. The only thing I am disappointed with is the cleanliness of the vehicle. The van was not vacuumed, washed, or windows cleaned when we left the dealership. We did have to bring the van back a few days later to get our state inspection sticker and I was told it would be taken care of as far as getting it detailed. Unfortunately, it was not cleaned it was in the same condition as when we dropped off the vehicle. Other than that the sales staff and other associates we talked with were very friendly and accommodating. The sales manager Mike even got us set up with a license plate bracket which was not with the vehicle at the time of purchase. More

Highly disappointed. $175.99 to be told the exact same message that was on the screen of our 2007 Camry Hybrid that we were able to read ourselves. Literally no work wa $175.99 to be told the exact same message that was on the screen of our 2007 Camry Hybrid that we were able to read ourselves. Literally no work was attempted nor completed for that price since we were told it would have cost an additional estimate of another $180 to attempt to fix it by purchasing a map disk to install. We will never use Hall again, for either future purchases or for service. Was a complete waste of money for us. More

My husband and I had a HORRIBLE experience at Hall Toyota. We scheduled an appointment to see a vehicle and when we arrived, the vehicle was not ready. After purchasing the vehicle, they promised to Toyota. We scheduled an appointment to see a vehicle and when we arrived, the vehicle was not ready. After purchasing the vehicle, they promised to detail the car and clean it up and that it would be ready in 5 days. That day came and we called for an update only to be told that they hadn't even started on the vehicle. We were told to wait another week, given a loner car, and told that they were going "above and beyond". We reminded our sales rep (Alissa Ruparelia) that our vehicle was not ready when we initially came and there was lack of communication. We finally received the car to find that the middle chair was broken, there were missing parts of the carpet, and the vehicle was dirty on the inside. Alissa refused to return our phone calls and Cole Stoddard helped us out tremendously but confirmed Services were aware of the damages and did nothing. More
