Finance Department/Kenneth, Sales Manager/Wayne Was very pleased with David W. at the dealership, stated I would come back because of him, but all has changed. We took out an Extended Warranty on our New 2016 Elantra on 4/20/2016, but changed our minds and decided that we didn't need on our new car, we felt like we were pressured into it anyway. It is now 5/5 and still the warranty has not been canceled. We came down there and personally signed the form after begging for a form to be sent. Fidelity Stated that they have still not received cancellation notice which takes 1 minute online with dealership. Do not believe a word that comes out of Kenneth or Wayne the "Sales Managers" Mouth. They lie and are to busy to call you back or handle small business that takes very little time. Wayne, yesterday I called you 2 times, yea you said I'll call you back in a few minutes. Well it's 11:00 on the following day. That's more than a few minutes. You two are very unprofessional, I am cancelling the warranty myself! Thanks but NO THANKS! More

The finance adjuster shared a personal story that took too much time, had nothing to do with the purchase and seemed to be a marketing strategy before sharing the numbers with us. All of the features were not available at the time of purchase but were ordered. I still have not received a call indicating that they are available, or even a follow-up call to keep me informed. The price and quality of the vehicle makes up for these minor details. More
