Thank you for the candid feedback. I will escalate this and make sure the products are cancelled. We regret that you decided to cancel your extended warranty the coverage it provides but that is your prerogative. We always promptly handle all cancellations. I will be visiting with my General Manager at that location, Bryan Shufelt, as well. The cancellation is effective the date you signed the form and not the date when it Fidelity finally handles it administratively so you do not need to worry about that.
