I was in the market for a new vehicle and Hyundai was one of four vehicles I was interested in. I will have to say Bo Frensley was the best out of the four to deal with. The service manager who I had never seen before nor dealt with since purchasing my car a year before was rude and very unprofessional. The sales team was great and the service I have received has always bee with since purchasing my car a year before was rude and very unprofessional. I previously dealt with someone named Alan who was very professional and always helpful as well but he was not there. The manager made me feel as if I was bothering her for bringing my vehicle in, then did not want to listen to what I had to say, rolled her eyes at one point and spoke rudely to me. I will never take my vehcile back to the Hendersonville store again nor will I recommend it to friends and family as I have in the past. Sad that such an amazing dealership employs such low quality leaders. More
