I generally hate going to car dealerships. The salesman i get end up with never knows anything about the cars and has to read the sheets in the window to tell me anything. I went there looking for a new car and Tom was able to tell me any and everything about the cars i was looking at without having to look at the paper in the windows. Tom is a nice guy who will go above and beyond to help out the customers. I got a great deal on a new car. Go to hallmark Hyundai and go see Tom Samuels. He knows his stuff, he knows what he is doing and he will help you out. I'm telling all my friends to go to Hallmark Hyundai and to go see Tom Samuels. You will not regret it. More
I have been searching for a good used car for six weeks. After some due diligence it became clear that purchasing a new car is a better deal for my needs. There are too many brands, models, deals to compare what is a great car at a fair price even with internet search tools and friends recommendations. I was blessed to meet Marcelo Defreitas today. He greeted me with a big smile before I entered the Hallmark dealership. That is what the world needs, great salesman on the job. I was interested in a few brands, Ford, Subaru, Hyundai yet was uncertain about a model for my family. I called and E-mailed downtown Subaru and inquired about to clean used Outbacks. I asked them why their prices were seemingly 2,000 over Edmunds clean/excellent book value. They assured me my values were incorrect. I asked them to make sure and call me back. It seemed like they had the wrong model price, Limited vs a base. On the way downtown I stopped in the closer Hyundai dealership. There are 50 used car dealers from Hendersonville to downtown Nashville. Few dealers seem to have many used cars these days. Marcelo did the meet and greet and asked me what I would like to see first. I am looking for a Subaru outback or something similar, fuel economy, trunk or rack space to fit our kids and sports gear. He quickly showed me a used Hyundai shot me the basic prices, a Kia and said he took in a great 2011 Hyundai on trade last night that might be good for me. He asked if I considered new and I said sure if the deal is good as used car prices seem way off base. He points at Tuscon and said great deals. I said naa too small. He said I got it, let me grab a key and I'll show you that trade in. We drove a new Santa Fe and tracked down the Used 2011. I drove the 2011 after a ride in the new Santa Fe. He knew I was in for a deal so he did the right thing. He gave me numbers. I said you know what I am not sure about the used now and what's the deal with Santa Fe lease deals. I noticed Ford lease wasn't good, Nissan is great, but had no idea if Santa Fe was a good deal to lease vs buy. After all that warranty is so good why would anyone lease a Hyundai? My questions were answered in one minute. Marcelo took me to the prolific man on lease deals. The residual value on a new Santa Fe 36 months is very strong. That was enough for me. let's find a car. I wanted the 2.0T 31.500 MSRP. I liked black on black. They didn't have one and would locate one asap. Fine lets work a deal. We ran the numbers forward and backwards and agreed on a deal. Then the downtown dealer and three other dealers E-mailed me with strait up internet full blown retail prices on the three used cars I had requested last night. By that time I already took 2 test drives, spoke to finance, pulled credit and made a fair deal the other dealers came calling with no more information than their website already provided. After six weeks and six dozen e mails from Craig's list to Edmunds to dealers, phone calls today was the day to buy a car. By the time the other guys got back to me, the Marcelo the professional had me on the road in our new car. I wish I went to Hallmark Hyundai six weeks ago! I didn't know any better. Now we know the dealer and the salesman to go to for any car our family needs. They will find it. James. More

We were in the market for a new Santa Fe and we do not live far from the dealership. We initiated the sale by email and then we received a return email from Tom. I was very close to purchasing at another dealership when I was so offended by the sales "tactics" that were extremely sleazy I walked out of the dealership after almost 4 hours. When I contacted Holiday Hu I was so offended by the sales "tactics" that were extremely sleazy I walked out of the dealership after almost 4 hours. When I contacted Holiday Hundai and explained what I was looking for and that I didn't want the run around, Tim called me back and was completely honest with me and first listened and understood my goals. He was nothing but professional, honest, courteous and I left with a new vehicle and a new friend. I believe that all of the Holiday Hundai staff are motivated to please their customer and meet their needs, rather than just saying what it takes to make a sale. More
